Ben Lee is set to join an Australian orchestra when he returns home in the coming months.
The Sydney singer will travel back home in August to play two shows with the West Australian Symphony Orchestra (WASO).
Lee will play three shows with the classic ensemble. At present, the shows are the singer’s only Australian dates.
The August performance will be Lee’s second year in a row he has performed with the orchestra.
He performed sold out concerts with WASO in 2008.
The singer is expected to performing tracks off his latest record, Rebirth of Venus as well as his earlier work.
Lee will make his way to Australia when he completes his current tour of the United States.
