Pyke’s guitar boat sells for thousands

The guitar boat Josh Pyke drove in his Make You Happy music video has sold on ebay for more than $7,000.
The custom-made boat went up for auction on ebay on February 2, and ended yesterday.
The starting bid on February 2 was 0.99 cents, and after only two days the highest bidder was willing to pay $6,100 for the boat.
The guitar boat attracted 40 bids and eventually sold for $7,100 yesterday.
The majority of the proceeds will going to the event Busking For Change, Pyke said.
The single, Make You Happy, has been lifted off Pyke’s latest album, Chimney’s Afire.
