Hot Chip has been named alongside Lupe Fiasco in the second line-up announcement for next year’s Big Day Out festival.

The UK and US artists will be joined by former System of A Down frontman Serj Tankian, Dropkick Murphys, Black Kids, Holy Ghost, and Z*Trip at the Australian festival.

New Australian acts named for the summer festival are Died Pretty, The Vines, Infusion, Children Collide, Pee Wee Ferris, Sparkadia, The Getaway Plan, Little Red, Mammal, Mercy Arms, Ajax, Andee Frost, and The Drones,

These acts will join headlining act Neil Young, Arctic Monkeys, The Living End, The Prodigy, Sneaky Sound System, My Morning Jacket, Pendulum, Bullet For My Valentine, Tv On The Radio, Simian Mobile Disco, The Ting Tings, Tiki Taane, Cut Copy, Cog, Youth Group, The Grates, Birds Of Tokyo, Tzu And Eddy Current Suppression Ring.
