BCE wins second album battle

Posted on 28 October 2008 by Kate Kachor

After close to 12 months of work, Behind Crimson Eyes confirmed they have finished their second studio album.

The frontman for the Melbourne band, Josh told online hardcore site killyourstereo.com the band’s new album has finally been mastered.

“The album will be “Self Titled”, mainly because we couldn’t all agree on a title, but it does represent a new beginning for the band,” he said.

“Not only in musical direction but also because this is the first record we have all had equal input. Last time most of the record was written before Garth and Cam joined the band, however this time round we were all part of the writing process for every song!”

The first single off the new album is Addicted. The single will be released through iTunes on Saturday November 8.

The band will head out on an Addicted Tour in support of the new single next month. See below for tour details.

The new album is expected for release in March 2009.
