Lisa Mitchell has inked an international record deal with UK based record label RCA UK / Sony Music.

“It’s exciting to be sharing my songs with the world and to start building relationships with people universally,” Mitchell said.

Mitchell gained international label interest when her first single ‘Neopolitan Dreams’ was picked up in a huge TV marketing campaign across UK and Europe.

Meanwhile, Mitchell will head out on an Australian tour in support of her debut album, The Attic Space.

As well as playing headline shows, she has also been added as the main support for The Panics upcoming tour.

Mitchell’s debut album, The Attic Space is due for release in early March 2009.
