Coda shifts direction on new album

Coda will head in a new direction on their upcoming album.

The Sydney-based electronic outfit will include vocals on their new album, a first for the group in their 14-years together.

“Collaborations have been forged with the vocal talents of the soul songstress Michelle Martinez, alt country rising star Jackie Marshall and most recently the amazingly soulful newcomer Martin Solomon,” a statement from the band’s management said.

While it’s not clear as to when the new Coda album will emerge, the group will have a chance to road test material off the album with co-headlining shows later this month.

The group will be joined by at the shows by The Paper Scissors.
