Morning After Girls resurface

Posted on 10 September 2008 by Kate Kachor

The Morning After Girls are set to release a new album - their first in almost four years.

The as yet titled new album will be the Aussie outfit’s first release since their 2005 record, Evolve.

The band has posted a new track, who is they, to their myspace.com/themorningaftergirls page.

“Thank you all for your patience. Though our silence has been long, it has not gone unnoticed or without due cause. We have made a record we are very pleased with,” a post from the band said.

The Morning After Girls suffered a setback on the way to recording their new album when two of their band members split.

Aimee Nash and Scott von Ryder left the group in 2007.

The pair have since formed The Black Ryders.
