Sam Sparro has become the first confirmed artist for next year’s Good Vibrations festival.

The Sydney singer will play the travelling Australian festival in early 2009.

As well as naming Sparro, festival organisers also announced the event will travel to the Gold Coast and a larger venue in Melbourne.

The festival will return to Sydney’s Centennial Park and Perth’s Heirisson Island.

A limited number of pre sale tickets will be available for Jam Music Members from Friday 12 September at 9.00am (EST).
