Spod will release his much anticipated second album next month.

The Sydney artist will release Superfrenz on September 27.

The album is the follow up to the Spod’s 2003 debut, Taste The Radness.

Spod has spent the last few months road testing material off the new album with the likes of Regurgitator and Children Collide.

“All the people at the shows were amazing as well (well, Adelaide needs to happy up a bit…), and Western Australia was the surprise hit of the year!” Spod said.

“Not to mention celebrating a birthday during a show in Bunbury and receiving a bottle of wine from Devo themselves and an SH101 cake from the Regurgitatoes is pretty much the greatest thing ever! Thanx to all!!!!”.
