The Living End has struck gold with their new album.

The Melbourne trio’s latest album, White Noise, has reached gold album status in just one week.

The album also debuted in second spot on Australia’s album charts.

White Noise has already surpassed album sales of the band’s previous album, State of Emergency.

State of Emergency debuted on the local charts at number one, it went on to achieve platinum status.

The Living End will tour their new album throughout Australia this September and October.

White Noise with bonus limited edition Live at ACDC Lane and making of White Noise DVD DVD is out now through Dew Process/UMA.
