Tim Rogers’ upcoming tour of the United States has been cancelled, according to the singer’s tour management.

“Due to events outside our control, the US tour dates has unfortunately been cancelled. We are all very disappointed, and will look to reschedule in the near future,” a statement from Majorbox Music said.

“The European shows will still be going ahead as planned.”

Rogers, the frontman with iconic Aussie band, You Am I, announced last month he would jet off to the US.

The singer is currently on a tour of Europe. He will be joined in support by fellow Aussie Holly Throsby next month.

Rogers has spent much of the year touring both locally and internationally in support of his latest solo effort, The Luxury Of Hysteria.
