Paul Weller has added further dates to his upcoming Australian tour, after tickets to his earlier shows sold out.

Weller has already sold out shows in Melbourne and Sydney. He has now added a third date for both cities.

He will now play Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Thursday August 21 and Melbourne’s Forum Theatre on Tuesday August 26.

The former frontman with UK bands The Jam and The Style Council announced earlier this month he would make his return to the country to play a mix of theatre, club and stadium shows this August.

The singer’s upcoming Australian tour will mark 20 years since the singer has toured the country.

Weller will also bring his new album, 22 Dreams, on tour with him.

The new album will be released in Australia through Shock on June 7.
