Cut Off Your Hands will return to Australia later this year in support of their debut record.

The New Zealand band has re-teamed with Bernard Butler (Suede) on the as yet titled new album.

Butler produced the band 2007 EP, Blue On Blue.

Earlier this month the band released the first single, Oh Girl, off the new album.

The band will mix the new album at Scottish musician Edwyn Collins’ studio.

Cut Off Your Hands will support Collins later this month as part of his UK tour.

However, before the New Zealand outfit head out on a local tour, Cut Off Your Hands have scored a support slot with UK band, The Wombats.
