Holly Throsby will return to the local live scene in the coming months, with a new album in tow.

Throsby will release her third album, A Loud Call, this July.

The album follows on from her 2006 release, ‘Under The Town’ and 2004 debut, ‘On Night’.

The new album was recorded in Nashville with engineer and producer Mark Nevers (Lambchop, Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy).

The album includes 11 tracks, including One Of You For Me, and performances from members of Lambchop, Palace and The Silver Jews.

Throsby will release the first single, A Heart Divided, off the new album in late May.

To coincide with the release of A Loud Call on July 12, Throsby will tour Australia in June. See below for her tour dates. Tickets available at the venue.
