Splendour dates announced

Organisers of Splendour In The Grass have released the festival’s dates for 2008.

The Byron Bay festival will be held on Sunday 2nd and Sunday 3rd of August.
Festival organisers also confirmed the festival will again be held at Belongil Fields in Byron Bay. There was talk of the festival moving to new grounds of North Byron Shire Parklands.
Belongil Fields has held the annual music festival for the past seven years.
Tickets to the festival will go on sale in May with the first line-up announcements to be made later this month.
Last year Arctic Monkeys and Powderfinger headlined the two day festival.
