Ghostwood has been named as the support for the Jesus and Mary Chain’s upcoming Australian tour.

Scottish band, Jesus And Mary Chain will play three side shows this April as part of their visit for the Australian leg of the V Festivals.

The support slot will be the Sydney band’s second major touring stretch for the year. Ghostwood are currently on tour with fellow Sydney band, Van She.

Ghostwood released their debut self-titled EP in October last year.

The release of the EP also marked a new beginning for the band who were previously known as The Ghosts. The band decided to change their name as there were already too many band’s named Ghost.
