Operator Please has signed a international deal with Japan’s biggest record label.

The Brisbane band has signed the deal with AVEX. The label is also home to UK outfit the Arctic Monkeys.

AVEX will release Operator Please’s debut album, Yes Yes Vindictive, in August following a May tour. The band last toured Japan in November.

Operator Please are currently in the UK touring their album which is due for a UK release on March 17.

The album is due for release in Europe on March 21. Operator Please will follow the release with a number of shows in France Italy, Germany and The Netherlands.

Meanwhile, Operator Please has released their latest single, ‘Leave It Alone’ in Australia.
