Vines head out on tour

The Sydney band is in the US working on the follow up to their 2006 album, Vision Valley.
The Vines will return home next month to play The Golden Plains Festival in Melbourne.
Following their festival slot they will jet back to the US to perform at this year’s South by Southwest Festival. They will then play two solo US shows.
“Finally the patience of all those wonderful Vines fans will be paid back in places outside LA and New York, we promise,” The Vines’ manager Andy Kelly said.
The five-piece began work on the album in Los Angeles late last year before taking a break over Christmas.
The Vines will also hopefully finish mixing the new album this month.
