Hamlet to get the Blasko touch

Sarah Blasko will compose the score for the Bell Shakespeare Company’s production of Hamlet this year.

The singer will team with theatre director Marion Potts to work on the score. Australian actor Brendan Cowell (Noise, Love My Way) will star as Hamlet.
As well as working on the composition, Blasko is understood to be working on her third full-length record.
Her second album, What The Sea Wants, The Sea Will Have, achieved double platinum status this month.
Blasko’s debut album, The Overture & The Underscore has already reached platinum status.
