Dappled Cities has been forced to make a line-up change to its support slot for its upcoming tour after one band dropped out.

The Sydney five-piece were due to kick off the national tour next week with fellow local act Sparkadia.

However, due to an offer of a European tour Sparkadia have been forced to quit the tour. Sydney-based outfit Blue Juice have been named as their replacement.

“Everything has changed in mysterious circumstances. Sparkadia have decided to spend 4 weeks in a Dutch nudist colony. So Bluejuice are going to come on tour with us,” the band posted on their website.

The tour marks the first national shows for Dappled Cities since returning from the US in December. The band had spent much of the last half of 2007 touring overseas.
